Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can you fly at night?

Yes! Except after 10 pm we will rely strictly on our thermal since using a spotlight after that time is considered shining.

2. Can you fly in controlled airspace?

Property near Fort McCoy, Volk Field, airports, etcetera may require us to get a waiver to fly. We will ask for your location ahead of time to confirm there are no flight restrictions!

3. How do you know it's the deer I shot?

Our thermal drone has the capability to zoom up to 200x. This allows us to identify your trophy even at 400 feet above ground level!

4. Once you locate my trophy... what's next?

Per WI DNR, grid coordinates can only be provided if your game is expired. If the animal is not yet expired, we are required to back out without providing the location of the animal.

5. Will I have to hover over your shoulder to view the flight?

No!! We want your experience to be superior to any other! That is why we invested in our exceptional 24" monitor that gives you total access to viewing your flight!
